RETURNS POLICY

  • Before returning an item, please contact our customer service for instructions.
  • If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your item, we will exchange your product or refund the purchase price, and we will need to deduct applicable freight fees from your refund.
  • All items must be returned in exact condition as sent.
  • Non-faulty items: Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer and is non-refundable.
  • Faulty items: We will refund your return postage only up to the amount it originally cost to send the item to you. Unless otherwise agreed beforehand, we do not reimburse Express or Registered post costs on returns.
